UI-UX Designer

OOYALA We are looking for an outstanding User Interface / Experience Designer to join our Client Services Team. The ideal candidate is a brilliant problem solver, quick study, self starter and excellent communicator who possesses a passion for great user experience and the ability to design highly slick and detailed interfaces.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with a Client Services Team that includes engineers, product managers and other designers to create polished and refined products and enhancements.
Brainstorm, research, wireframe, design and refine user experiences – all within specified product requirements and deadlines.
Architect and perform usability sessions with key stakeholders and customers to get feedback for further iterations.
Deliverables include wireframes, workflow diagrams, mockups and design specifications required for proper implementation.

Requirements:
• BFA in Design or a related field.
• 3+ years experience with web-oriented design.
• Has a brilliant portfolio of great design + across multiple platforms, as well as an eye for subtle detail, a Pixel Perfectionist.
• User interface and Experience design skills and an understanding of user-centered design disciplines and principals.
• The ability to quickly grasp and distill highly complex user design issues into clean, understandable solutions.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS standards, cross-browser compatibility, web fonts, and image optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of programming languages or frameworks (we don’t need you to write code, but is important speak a little of "dev").
• Feels comfortable surrounded by "crazy" Ooyalans Engineers.
